Arriving Late? It is never a problem with late check-ins at the Villa Serendip. In fact we would be delighted to prepare a Dinner Basket for you, ready when you arrive.

Perfect for two lovers who just want to be alone together, or a great solution for those who may not be sure whether they'll arrive in time for dinner.. Baskets include a hot crusty loaf of freshly baked bread or homemade biscuits, a bottle of sparkling cider or juice, fruits and cheeses, a hot entree such as Old-fashioned Fried Chicken, or Triple Cheese Baked Pasta, salad, dessert, cookies and chocolate. You're welcome to enjoy your basket in your room,  in any of the common areas of the inn or on one of our porches or the patio.  $75 (Basket for two).

spacious Guest Rooms &Romantic Jacuzzi Suites

the five spacious bedchambers are elegantly appointed with a blend of antiques and special pieces selected by Fran for that particular room. They each offer a private bath. Daily chamber service is provided, as well as a full complement of bath amenities. Hair dryers, ironing board and iron and other sundries are available should you need them. Queen and/or king sized beds with reading lamps are standard for each of our rooms. Pillow topped mattresses or firm top quality mattresses will ensure you get a wonderful night's rest.

Rates: Our rates are seasonal and start at $135 midweek, based on double occupancy. All guests are treated to a delicious full breakfast to start the day.

"What can I say? You have made my 40th birthday so memorable! Jason and I have enjoyed our stay here so much. Jason did make the right pick! Your home is so beautiful. We love your taste! "When you said that our room was smaller than the other rooms we were a bit concerned but we were honestly delighted with our room. It was charming and comfortable and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more if we had had your Jacuzzi suite..."      

 the Yellow Rose Room          "It was wonderful to wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee and find it brewing just outside of our bedroom door. This is such a beautiful room. The hills were ablaze with color and what a beautiful view we had through the windows. It was truly a picture to be cherished. Your beds are great and we slept like a king and queen. I didn't anticipate yellow roses when I booked the room and they were my mother's favorite flower so I felt a special closeness to her while we were here. Do you suppose perhaps she chose this room for me?"

"What time would you like breakfast," I asked. "Never," he replied in jest, "We just spent more than $2000.00 for a week in a tiny cottage with no lake view and mosquitos and we couldn't even turn around. We could have spent the week here and seen more of the Finger Lakes, gone to the beach to swim and had breakfast prepared for us every day. All I want to do is relax.. and this is heaven. I am going to put the kids to bed and just chill out!"

"Well..." I responded smiling, "Breakfast will be served tomorrow morning when you are ready for breakfast. How is that?"
